Mike Heron

Mike Heron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development and Human Resources. At Rocket Software, Mike served as Senior Manager of Learning and Development and later as Director of HR/Learning and Development, where Mike created a global strategy for employee development and provided comprehensive HR support. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Operations Manager and Senior Manager/Organizational Development Consultant at RSA, where Mike facilitated talent management initiatives and leadership workshops. Currently, Mike leads Learning and Development at Access Information Management, overseeing a strategy for 1,400 employees across the US and Canada. Previous roles also include Director of Human Resources at Keane Inc., managing HR functions for 2,000 employees, and serving as a Senior level clinician for EAP at Health Resources. Mike holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work from Boston College.
