Veronica Alfaro

Veronica Alfaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Veronica began their career as a Training Assistant at Paradisus Playa Conchal in 2008 and later became the Training Manager, responsible for coordinating the Training and Development Department, managing the annual training budget, and organizing employee engagement activities. In 2010, they joined Fiserv as a Learning and Development Coordinator. There, they held the role for two years before joining Encore Capital Group as an HR Generalist. At Encore Capital Group, Veronica partnered with management to achieve strategic objectives, ensured company compliance with laws and policies, and managed the Occupational Health committee, among other responsibilities. Veronica'smost recent role was at Access | Information Management, where they started as a Human Resources Regional Director in 2016 and was promoted to the position of Human Resources Sr. Director in July 2023. Veronica Alfaro completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Fundesem Business School in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America between 2001 and 2006.
