William Prate

William Prate has an extensive work experience in various finance roles. William is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Access | Information Management since November 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Vice President Finance from January 2022 to November 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Financial, Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at Tennant Company from July 2017 to January 2022. Additionally, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Capella University from July 2017 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, William held positions at Summit Orthopedics and Target, where they gained experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury, and various finance management roles.

William Prate earned a B.S. degree in Finance with minors in Economics and Business Administration from Winona State University. William later pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2010 to 2011.
