Carol Wright Mph

Carol Wright MPH has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carol is currently working as the Director of Business Intelligence at AccessHope, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Sharp Health Plan for three years as a Customer Experience & Process Improvement specialist. Carol also has experience at Magellan Health as a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist. At Boston Children's Hospital, they worked as a Quality Improvement Consultant and also had a role in Clinical Research. Before that, they were a Research Assistant at Boston University School of Public Health, where they managed a pilot study. Carol's early career included roles as a Department of Bioethics Research Assistant and a Clinical Research Coordinator at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Carol Wright obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Northeastern University from 2007 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Policy and Management, as well as Social and Behavioral Science, at the Boston University School of Public Health from 2012 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Carol obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality in May 2015. Carol also received the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Sharp HealthCare in March 2018. In 2019, Carol achieved the Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification from Tableau Software. Recently, they attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2020, and the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the UC San Diego Extension in October 2020. Additionally, Carol acquired a certification as a Fitness Teacher/Trainer from Life in Synergy in August 2012.
