Sharon Uda

Sharon Uda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP of R&D at accessiBe since May 2025, Sharon previously held the same position at CHEQ from March 2021 to March 2025. Prior to that, Sharon was the Head of Codebashing Product Unit at Checkmarx, managing a product line with a focus on engineering, product management, revenue growth, and customer retention. Sharon's career at NICE Ltd spanned over 13 years, where roles included R&D Director of Engage Apps, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and aligning engineering practices with Agile methodology, and Manager of Infrastructure Applications Group, developing infrastructure solutions. Sharon holds a BSc degree in Computer Engineering from Tel Aviv University, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
