We aim to equip previously under-served individuals with the skills necessary to excel in this burgeoning industry, opening up opportunities for social and economic growth.

With 2.1 million manufacturing jobs in the United States expected to remain unfilled by 2030, as reported by Deloitte and the Manufacturing Institute, our focus on marginalized communities helps mitigate this skills gap while fostering a more inclusive workforce.
