Léa Mondon is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and payroll management. They began their career as a recruitment officer at ardemis partners in 2013 and have since held various roles in HR, including positions at SOCOGEA and ACCESSITE, where they managed a team and oversaw HR processes.
