Joy Shubert

Joy Shubert has extensive experience in workforce development and project assistance, currently serving as a Project Assistant at The School District of Philadelphia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Workforce Development Specialist at Eckerd Connects Philly from March 2018 to August 2022 and served as an Enrollment Specialist at the Philadelphia Youth Network from May 2008 to July 2017. Joy holds a degree in Human Services Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Peirce College, earned between 2019 and 2023.
