Heather Thomas

Heather Thomas currently works at accesso as the DE&I HR Sponsor, where Heather serves the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion council to advance initiatives. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Employers Association Forum as a Human Resources Administrator and at Right Management as a Regional Outreach Coordinator. Heather also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator/Career Services at Aerosim Flight Academy. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida with a major in Public Administration and minors in Urban and Regional Planning and Non-Profit Management.
