MSP Field Engineer at Access One

Kyle Boykins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kyle began their career as an intern at Equity Office Properties Trust in the field of Information Technology in 2013 and 2015. In 2017, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as a Client Technical Support Intern. Kyle then moved on to Chicago Public Schools, where they worked as a Junior Technology Coordinator from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Kyle Boykins joined Access One, Inc. as a Network Service Technician, a role they held until 2020. Kyle then worked at Proven IT, starting as a Tier 1 Engineer from 2020 to 2021 and later transitioning to the position of Proactive Engineer until 2022. Currently, they are employed at Access One, Inc. as an MSP Field Engineer.

Kyle Boykins completed their high school education at Voise Academy High School from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued Information Technology studies at Genesys Works Chicago from 2013 to 2014, and later at City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College from 2014 to 2017, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In 2017, they enrolled in Year Up and completed various courses including BUS 103: Career Development and Interpersonal Relations, CIS 101: Introduction to Computer Applications, CIS 202: Operating Systems, and CIS 302: Front-End Web Development. From 2017 to 2018, they studied Information Technology at Year Up as well. Additionally, Kyle obtained several certifications, including the Pre Security Learning Path from TryHackMe in December 2021, the Private Label - Unite Technical Support Certification from Intermedia in September 2020, and the Technical Specialist I Certification from Datto, Inc. in October 2018.
