Chief Financial Officer at AccessOne

Craig Rosato joined AccessOne as its chief financial officer in July 2019. He is responsible for the company’s financial functions including finance, accounting, business planning, budgeting, financial analysis, investor relations and risk management. Craig has over 30 years of experience in financial services including 10 years with Ernst & Young, a big four accounting firm and 17 years at Bank of America where he served as the Corporate Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Risk Officer for the Consumer Bank, among other executive roles.

Most recently, Craig served as the Chief Financial Officer for Microf, LLC, an Atlanta based, private equity sponsored Fintech company that finances residential replacement heating and air conditioning systems for consumers. In this role, Craig successfully raised $50 million is senior debt, $10 million of subordinated debt and $10 million of equity growth capital for Microf. Craig holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park and passed the CPA exam on his first sitting.
