Bethan Way

Bethan Way is an experienced governance and quality manager currently working at AccessPay since August 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Data Analyst at NHS. Prior to that, Bethan operated as a Senior Intelligence Consultant while self-employed and served as Chief Scientific Challenges Officer at Dstl from September 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included fusing forensic and biometric analysis to create comprehensive reports for customer needs. Additional roles include Intelligence Analyst positions at Reacon Intelligence Ltd and the British Army, where skills in open-source research, workload management, and international relations were developed. Bethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from The University of Lincoln, obtained in 2010.
