Jordan Pearson has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Complaints Representative for the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, specializing in handling financial complaints. In 2016, they joined Push Doctor as a Customer Experience Agent, responsible for all patient and customer contacts. Jordan quickly progressed to become a Customer Experience Team Leader, managing a team of 9 agents and overseeing day-to-day operations. Jordan then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Insights Analyst, analyzing customer data to improve business processes and presenting findings to management. Finally, they became a Data Analyst at Push Doctor in 2018, utilizing Azure SQL and Transact SQL to extract and analyze data. In 2019, Jordan joined AccessPay as a Data Analyst.

Jordan Pearson attended Failsworth High School from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in GCSE. During this time, Jordan studied various subjects including English Language, Advanced Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Astronomy, Media & IT. From 2012 to 2014, Jordan studied at Oldham Sixth Form College, majoring in English Language, History & Politics, and obtained an A-Level degree.
