Marius Rusenas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marius started their career as an IT Helpdesk Advisor at Aberdeen College in 2014, where they provided technical support to students and gained experience with various operating systems and devices.

In 2013, Marius worked as an Assistant Manager at Coral, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and expertise in money handling. Marius also took on additional responsibilities in the absence of management.

Marius joined IRIS Software Group in 2016 as a Customer Support Executive and later transitioned to the role of a Customer Support Consultant. During their tenure, they provided excellent support to customers and demonstrated a strong commitment to the team environment.

Currently, Marius is working at AccessPay as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. This role showcases their technical skills and expertise in providing support for software applications and systems.

Marius Rusenas began their education in 2013 at North East Scotland College, where they pursued an HNC in Technical Support during their first year. Marius continued their studies at the same institution from 2014 to 2015, completing their HND in Networks with a focus on Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Marius has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. In 2014, they obtained certifications in CCNA Routing and Switching: Introduction to Networks and CCNA Routing and Switching: Routing and Switching Essentials. Marius further expanded their knowledge by completing the IRIS Software Payroll Legislation Module 1 in October 2017. In December 2016, Marius received training in Customer Service Skills from LiveLearn. In February 2020, they obtained a certification in internal audit from the British Assessment Bureau. Lastly, in 2021, Marius completed The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021: Go from Zero to Hero course on Udemy, and in February 2022, they successfully completed the Terraform Beginner to Advanced - Using Google Cloud Platform course, also on Udemy.
