Tom Livock

SVP Account Management and Enterprise Sales at AccessPay

Tom Livock has a diverse and extensive work experience across various companies and roles. Tom started their career at Mitsubishi Electric as a Sales Production Engineer, where they tested and managed the production line for lasers used in telecommunications. Tom then worked at BT as an Account Manager before joining the BBC as a Business Development Manager.

In 2000, Tom moved to Intervoice as a Territory Account Director, overseeing sales in a specific territory. Tom then joined Vox Generation as a Sales and Marketing Director, where they partnered with Cable & Wireless to drive new IVR and speech recognition projects.

In 2010, Tom joined NewVoiceMedia as a Sales Director, where they formed and led a new sales team, resulting in a 15% increase in annual revenues. Tom then moved to Noble Systems as the UK Channel Sales Director, responsible for creating a channel sales initiative and defining the cloud strategy for the UK market.

Tom joined Tpad as the Head of Sales in 2012 and was later promoted to the position of Head of Sales, responsible for all of Tpad's services and sales channels. Tom then joined inContact as the EMEA Sales Director, where they developed the SaaS business in the European market.

Currently, Tom is working at AccessPay as the SVP of Account Management and Enterprise Sales. Their experience in start-up SaaS companies and successful sales leadership positions him well for driving significant growth in AccessPay's revenue.

Tom Livock's education history includes several degrees in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Tom attended Imperial College London from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a BEng Hons degree. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London, completing a Bachelor Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE. Before attending Imperial College London, Tom Livock also attended the Arnold School from 1980 to 1987. Moreover, they later became a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, beginning in 1995.
