Roberto Ito has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades.

In 2020, they worked as a Project Delivery Manager at Accesstage - Conectividade Financeira.

From 2016 to 2019, Roberto served as the Head of Delivery at GFT Group, where they were responsible for managing the delivery of projects, maintaining financial and operational performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roberto successfully recovered the financial scenario and reputation of GFT through a critical project for a bank. Additionally, they organized and managed the Serasa Experian Operation, which became the biggest account in Brazil within a year.

In 2015, Roberto worked as a LATAM Delivery Manager at Tata Consultancy Services.

From 2013 to 2014, they held the position of Outsourcing Director for Public Administration at Indra Brazil. In this role, they managed multiple projects across the states and achieved significant cost reduction for a project under the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation.

Roberto improved gross margin and customer satisfaction, organized the BFSI vertical according to global standards, and implemented processes. Roberto also held the roles of Group Leader and Project Manager during their tenure at Tata Consultancy Services.

Before that, Roberto worked as a Project Manager at IFS, Politec, Trust Consult, and Mosane Informática.

Roberto Ito has a diverse education history in the fields of business administration, information technology, and project management. In 1983, they attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they studied Data Processing and completed their degree in 1986. Following this, in 1994, Roberto pursued a Certificated Information Systems Management program at FECAP. In 1995, they enrolled at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, where they completed a Post Degree in Business Administration in 1996. Finally, in 2001, they attended FIAP for a Post Degree in Project Management - PMI, focusing on Information Technology Project Management and completing the program in 2002.
