Drew Kese

Drew Kese is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as CXO and Co-Founder of AccessWave, a platform designed for private business owners and C-Level executives to gain actionable insights and critical introductions. Prior to AccessWave, Drew co-founded Spring EQ, which was acquired by Cerberus in December 2023, and has held influential roles such as Advisory Board Member at BWG Strategy LLC and Managing Partner at MissionOG. Drew also served as Global Prepaid Head at Citi Prepaid Services, overseeing one of the largest corporate prepaid card operations. With a background in engineering and business, having earned an MBA from William & Mary and a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, Drew combines technical expertise with strategic leadership across various sectors.
