Peter Östman

Peter Östman has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peter started their career in 1985 as the Chief Executive Officer at Föreninggruppen. Peter then moved on to work as an Asset Manager at Förvaltnings AB Kattunet in 1994, followed by a role as a Senior Marketing Manager at Profi Storstaden Förvaltning from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, they became a Senior Asset Manager at Ecuro Storstaden. From 1998 to 2008, Peter Östman worked as the SVP Corporate Communications at AP Fastigheter.

From 2008 to 2021, Östman served as the SVP Corporate Communications at Vasakronan, during which they played a significant role in the company's development of sustainable cities through investments in proptech initiatives. In 2019, they became a Founder and Board Member of Idun Real Estate Solutions, a company that offers ProptechOS for real estate companies. The same year, they also co-founded Accessy AB, which provides solutions for managing access to resources in buildings.

In 2021, Östman founded Hydda, a group of innovative technology companies specializing in solutions for the real estate industry's value chain. Peter Östman attended Kungsholms gymnasium from 1978 to 1980, where they studied Economics. Peter then went on to Stockholm University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from 1984 to 1987.
