Gesa B.

Gesa B. is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Partner at accilium since 2022. Previously, Gesa took parental leave while engaging in pro bono projects from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, Gesa worked with the Stanford Center for Professional Development, focusing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a specialization in Change Management, Digital Transformation, and Strategy Consulting. From 2017 to 2020, Gesa held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Development and led UDG Consulting at UDG United Digital Group. In 2016, Gesa undertook an interim strategy role within the Management Board at Visoon Video Impact GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to that, Gesa spent five years as a Principal and Management Consultant at enable2grow GmbH from 2011 to 2016. Gesa is an alumnus of Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
