Leon Sommer

Leon Sommer is an experienced professional in the fields of business development and consulting, currently serving as an Associate Consultant at accilium since June 2022. Previously, Leon was the Managing Director at FOR GmbH, where leadership extended to a multinational team in the medical cannabis sector, securing government funding and establishing comprehensive strategies for marketing, sales, and supply chain management. Additional roles included a research assistant position focusing on start-ups at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a working student in innovation management at Brose Group. Leon also chaired the student organization MTP, was involved in the digital transformation of sales at AXA, and gained extensive experience across various departments while pursuing dual studies at Saint-Gobain Rigips GmbH. Education includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Product & Innovation Management.
