Samson B has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Accion Labs since September 2016, Samson B leads a team of technical recruiters and collaborates with senior leadership to align workforce plans with company objectives. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Samson B managed the end-to-end recruitment process and developed strong relationships with hiring managers. Prior roles at Capgemini and Integra Software Services involved comprehensive recruitment responsibilities, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
