Vikrant Ingle

Vikrant Ingle is a seasoned professional in the IT service management sector, currently serving as SVP and Global Practice Head-ServiceNow at Accion Labs since September 2025. With a strong foundation in establishing and growing ServiceNow practices, Vikrant previously held the position of Global Head-ServiceNow at Persistent Systems, where responsibilities included managing alliances, partnerships, and sales opportunities. Notably, during a long tenure at HCLTech from 2009 to 2023, Vikrant contributed to product development for IP solutions in ITSM and provided process consultancy.
