This includes front-end and back-end development using a wide range of technologies such as Java, .Net, GeneXus, PHP, and Angular. The team ensures high-quality outputs through adherence to ISO 9001 2015 standards, while collaborating closely with clients across various industries to deliver robust and efficient applications.

This includes overseeing network security, performing regular system updates, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the deployment of business solutions. The team ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and provides technical support to both internal teams and external clients.

The Project Management team at Accion Point is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified scope and quality standards. The team, comprised of Project Managers and Scrum Masters, utilizes methodologies like Scrum and PMO to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and foster efficient communication among stakeholders. The HR and Operations team at Accion Point is responsible for managing and optimizing both human resources and operational processes within the company. This includes recruiting, training, and employee development (handled by the HR Business Partner and HR Analyst), as well as overseeing daily operational activities, resource allocation, and client account management (managed by the Operations Account Manager and Operation Manager). They ensure that both personnel and operational practices align with the company’s overall strategy and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
