James Dee

James Dee is an Associate General Counsel with a diverse background in international transactions and impact investing. Currently at Accion, they focus on financial access in Asia, Latin America, and Africa while having previously held roles at Chainlink Labs, Pathway Capital Management, and Morrison & Foerster LLP. James has significant expertise in alternative investments across various regions, including private equity and venture capital. They are also a director of the Orange County Asian American Bar Association and a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversant in Spanish, James has delivered guest lectures at several prestigious universities, including UC Irvine and Stanford.
