Prior roles include Senior Contract Advisor at GCR Mongolia, overseeing the Oyu Tolgoi Mine project, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Leighton Asia, where responsibilities included managing contract scopes and liaising between clients and project teams. Gary's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and a Graduate Diploma in English & Hong Kong Law, complementing a strong foundation in quantity surveying and commercial management.
