Luis Martí

Luis Martí is the Public Policy and Regulation Director at ACCIONA, where they focus on the energy transition and its economic implications. Previously, Luis served as the Director for Digital Development at ICEX and held several advisory roles within the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business, including General Director for Economic Policy. They actively participated in international discussions, appearing at COP25 and representing Spain at the Coalition of Finance Ministers for Climate Action. Luis's educational background includes studies at CUNEF, Técnico Comercial y Economista del Estado, and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
