Mark Phillips is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Superintendent at ACCIONA Construcción, where responsibilities include overseeing the Brisbane Metro project and the construction of a 54-meter high concrete storage silo for Cement Australia in Gladstone, as well as managing structures on the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Project.
