Ruben Camba currently serves as the President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines - La Cámara since May 2022. In addition, Camba has been the Regional Director for South East Asia at ACCIONA since January 2016, where a new operation business was successfully launched in the Renewables, Infrastructure, and Water sectors, securing major project orders across Asia. Prior roles include Director of Tendering/Proposals - Global at ACCIONA from 2011 to 2015, overseeing significant infrastructure proposals in various regions, and Country Director for the Middle East at Assignia Infraestructuras from 2008 to 2011. Camba's career began with roles as a Project Manager at Constructora Hispanica (2006-2008) and as a Quality Engineer at Alcoa (2004-2006). Camba holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Mining Engineering from Universidade de Vigo.
