David Boyd is a seasoned M&A Integration and Carve-Out Director with over 25 years of experience in delivering successful integrations across various sectors. They co-founded The Agile Gorilla and serve as Partner, focusing on sustainable M&A strategies, and are currently an Integration Director at Acclaro. Their prior roles include Project Director at Clear Channel Outdoor, where they implemented significant cost reductions and digital revenue growth, and Chief Commercial Officer at Carbon Re, which specialized in AI for decarbonization. David has also provided expertise on numerous high-profile integrations and turnarounds, enhancing operational efficiencies for organizations worldwide. They hold a First Class Honours degree from UCL.
