Eugene Liu

Eugene Liu is a highly experienced professional in the fields of finance and accounting, currently serving as a Partner at Acclime since July 2024. Prior to this role, Eugene held the position of Partner at RSM Hong Kong from January 2000 to July 2024, where responsibilities included assisting companies with IPOs and engaging in merger and acquisition activities. Eugene also served as Head of Transaction Services, overseeing financial audits for companies seeking IPOs, as well as valuation and transaction services. Additionally, Eugene played a key role as Head of China Practice, contributing to the development of RSM China's professional practice in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand, as well as a partnership at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eugene holds an Honorary Fellowship from Hong Kong Metropolitan University and degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Manitoba and the University of Oregon, respectively.
