Samuel Chan

Samuel Chan is a Partner at Acclime Tax Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited, with extensive expertise in international tax and business consulting services. They previously served as a Tax Partner at RSM Hong Kong from 2003 to 2023, where they advised on corporate structures and foreign investments. Prior to that, Samuel gained valuable experience at Arthur Andersen in both Guangzhou and Hong Kong between 1990 and 2003. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University and completed a Professional Accounting Programme at the University of Technology Sydney.
