Delmonize Del Smith is the CEO and Co-Founder of Acclinate. Delmonize was previously the Dean and Professor of Management at the College of Business & Public Affairs at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University from February 2015 to May 2021. Prior to that, they served as Commissioner of Neighborhood & Business Development for the City of Rochester from January 2014 to February 2015.

Del Smith has also been an Associate Professor of Management/Director of the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship at Rochester Institute of Technology's Saunders College of Business from January 2007 to December 2014. Delmonize was a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Alabama's Manderson Graduate School of Business from August 2004 to May 2007. Before that, they were the Founder & CEO of TECHNETIUM GROUP from January 2001 to December 2003.

Del Smith also previously served as Founder & CEO of FoxWise Technologies USA (formerly D.A. Smith & Associates) from January 2008 to December 2013 and as Executive Vice President at RealTime IT from January 2000 to December 2001. Delmonize began their career as a Sr. Network Communications Analyst at McKesson from January 1999 to December 2000.

Delmonize Del Smith has a PhD in Management from the University of Alabama, a MS in Management from The Sorrell College of Business at Troy University, and a BBA in Business from Faulkner University.
