Sara Wheat

Sara Wheat has a diverse background in quality assurance and patient services, with experience in various leadership roles. At Legacy of Hope, Sara served as both Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator from July 2021 to June 2023. In December 2024, Sara held the position of Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance at Acclinate after working as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Prior to these roles, Sara worked at UAB Medicine from July 2016 to November 2018, initially as a Patient Encounter Specialist and later as a Patient Services Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing clinic operations and provider schedules. Sara completed education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2020 to 2023.
