Will Silva is an experienced program management professional currently serving as the Rocky Mountains to Central US Lead for Program Management Solutions and National FEMA Market Lead at Black & Veatch since April 2023. Silva offers expertise in strategy, operations, team development, and process enhancement, focusing on senior-level services in improving processes and nurturing client relationships. As the Owner and President of Acclivity Associates since May 2012, Silva has collaborated with various federal and state agencies to assist clients in overcoming challenges.
