To date, we have successfully renewed and transformed 1,597,710 square meters of previously abandoned areas. In 2014, we introduced Accolade Industrial Fund, a premier real estate fund that offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in our activities. 

Our vision extends beyond real estate holdings, as we expanded our reach by acquiring Brno-Tuřany, the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, in 2017. The Finance Team at Accolade Group is responsible for managing the company's financial operations and strategies across its extensive portfolio. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance. They also support investment decisions and the financing of new construction projects as well as the revitalization of brownfields. In addition, the team plays a critical role in managing relationships with investors and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the Accolade Industrial Fund.

Finance Team

The IT Team at Accolade Group is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure across its multiple industrial parks and offices spanning several countries. This includes overseeing the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's data systems, and providing tech support to staff. Additionally, the team works on process optimization and supports innovative projects such as the development of technology for self-driving vehicles.
