Boyi Qu

Boyi Qu, PhD, currently serves as a Software Engineer at Accolade, Inc., starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, Boyi Qu gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern and contributed significantly as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis, from January 2018 to March 2022. During this time, Boyi Qu published four first-author scientific papers, presented at three international conferences, and received the Materials Science and Engineering Department Fellowship. Notably, Boyi Qu was awarded first prize in the 2021 ACerS Ceramographic Exhibit & Competition and recognized as the Best Teaching Assistant for the Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 2021. Boyi Qu holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
