Lara Eschbach

Lara Eschbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and benefits management. Since January 2014, Lara has held various positions at Accolade, Inc., culminating in the role of Vice President of Customer Success. Prior to this, from April 2011 to January 2014, Lara served as a Benefit Specialist at BOST Workplace Benefits, where responsibilities included optimizing employer benefit programs through strong relationships with top carriers. Earlier experience includes serving as District Sales Coordinator at Aflac and internships at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics from Susquehanna University, earned in 2004.
