Michael Hilton is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product innovation and board governance. Currently serving as Chief Product/Innovation Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors at Accolade, Inc., Michael played a key role in the company's successful IPO in July 2020. Previously, Michael was a board member for several technology companies including Apptentive, Plex Systems, Trover, and Yapta, contributing to significant private sales and acquisitions. As the co-founder and former CEO of Concur, Michael led the company from startup to a successful IPO in 1998 and its subsequent sale to SAP for $8.3 billion in 2014. Michael's career began at Claris, where as a Senior Software Engineer, contributions were made to the MacWrite product line. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
