Michael McShea

Michael McShea, MA, is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and operational services sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operational Services at Accolade, Inc. since July 2015. With a progressive career at Accolade, Michael began as a Health Assistant and rapidly advanced through various leadership roles due to exceptional client attention and commitment to growth. Prior experience includes serving as an Outpatient Therapist at South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, where Michael provided therapy and developed targeted treatment plans, and as a Mental Health Worker at PATH, Inc., where extensive case management experience was gained. Michael also completed an internship as a Therapist at CORA Services, providing family therapy. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
