Michaela Pecharova

Michaela Pecharova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the recruitment and people management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Specialist at Accolade, Inc. since August 2019, Michaela focuses on fostering a positive workplace environment. Prior experience includes a position as an HR Specialist at INVENTI Development, where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruitment process, onboarding, development of HR policies, and coordination of recruitment events. Michaela began her career at ManpowerGroup Czech Republic as both a Recruitment Specialist and Researcher, honing skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client communication. Michaela holds a Master’s degree in Civil Sector Studies from Charles University and a Bachelor's degree in Politology from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, complemented by participation in the Erasmus Program focused on English Translation and Interpreting.
