Paula Ross

Paula Ross currently serves as the Director of Workday HRIS at Accolade, Inc., overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of various Workday modules. Prior to this role, Paula held multiple positions at the University of Washington from November 2014 to September 2023, culminating as Senior Design Director and earlier roles that focused on the maintenance and performance of Workday systems in support of Finance Transformation. Experience also includes HR leadership at the University of Washington School of Law as HR Director, as well as HR Manager positions at Colliers International and WatchMark Corp. Paula began the career as an HR Generalist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Washington University.
