Roya Fathi is a physician with extensive experience in primary care and geriatrics. Currently serving as a primary care physician at Accolade, Inc. since August 2023, Roya also has held significant roles including Medical Director for the Primary Care at Home program at Kaiser Permanente, where leadership focused on home-based care for older adults from August 2016 to May 2021. As a VA Quality Scholars Fellow and Clinical Fellow in Geriatric Medicine at UCSF Medical Center from July 2013 to August 2016, valuable training was acquired. Prior experience includes an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center from June 2010 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
