Shannon Rickert

Shannon Rickert is a seasoned professional in product marketing and health promotion with extensive experience in leading wellness initiatives. Since April 2017, Shannon has served as Director of Product Marketing at Accolade, Inc. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Health Promotion Manager at QVC from February 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of Wellness and Disease Management Programs across multiple locations. Shannon's career also includes positions as Health & Wellness Product Manager and EAP Consultant at Ceridian from January 2004 to March 2011. Educational credentials include two Master of Science degrees in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2000 and 2003.
