Sheldon Overton, MBA, MSM, serves as the Director of Capacity Planning at Accolade, Inc. since September 2023, focusing on workforce optimization and demand forecasting methodologies. With extensive experience, Sheldon has held roles including Academic Coach at Instructional Connections, LLC, and Program Manager for Strategic Workforce Planning at ADP, where significant improvements in forecasting accuracy were achieved.
