Manish Rathour has a strong background in marketing and communications, with a focus on strategic planning and organizational change. Manish is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Accops since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing at AgreeYa Solutions from 2022 to 2023, where they successfully led a large-scale organizational change and implemented an account-based marketing program. From 2021 to 2022, they were the AVP and Head of Business Marketing at Zensar Technologies, where they directed business marketing operations and pioneered a comprehensive digital marketing framework. Before that, they served as the Head of Strategic Marketing at Wipro Limited from 2015 to 2021, overseeing marketing for a $3 billion business segment and leading the company's global rebranding program. Manish also worked as the Director of Marketing at Bristlecone from 2011 to 2015, where they redefined the marketing structure and increased deliverables. Prior to that, they held various marketing and communications roles at Amazon, Accenture, Sopra Steria, Patni Computer Systems Ltd, and Kanbay (Capgemini). Overall, Manish has extensive experience in driving marketing strategies, managing organizational change, and enhancing branding and communication efforts.
Manish Rathour completed their education in 1997 at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Manish obtained a PGDM degree with a specialization in Marketing and Systems.
