Alaa Gamal possesses extensive experience in revenue management and reservations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Revenue & BI at Accor since November 2025, Alaa previously held the position of Revenue & BI Manager for Rixos Hotels, overseeing operations across the Middle East, Europe, and Central Asia from January 2022 to November 2025. Prior roles include various management positions at Rixos Premium Dubai, DUKES DUBAI, JA Resorts & Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, and Delta Sharm Resort, where Alaa gained expertise in reservations and customer service. Alaa holds a degree in Arabic Studies from Alexandria University, completing studies from 2004 to 2008.
