Arthur Voss

Arthur Voss currently serves as the VP of Partnerships at Accor, leading the Partnerships Operation and Marketing Excellence team across various sectors, including airlines, mobility, retail, and financial services. Voss has extensive experience in defining product strategy, managing partner operations, and overseeing financial services partnerships for Accor's loyalty program, which boasts 100 million members globally. Previous roles include Director of Financial Services Business Development & Partnerships, where Voss led a global team managing various partnership programs, and Supervisor of Group Internal Audit, directing a team through comprehensive operational and financial audits. Arthur Voss also held positions at HSBC Bank Vietnam Ltd, including Business Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager, focusing on business development and client portfolio management. Voss holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Université Paris Nanterre.
