Carmen Li

Carmen Li is a Senior Sales Manager at Fairmont Austin, where they apply extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, they held various roles at Accor, including Group Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager, as well as positions at Swissôtel Chicago and Entertainment Cruises, Inc. Carmen began their career at Caritas Oswald Cheung International House as an intern and front desk clerk. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at DePaul University while continuing their education at Fudan University and the City University of Hong Kong.
