Chef Arup

Chef Arup is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently holding the position of Chef at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) since November 2024, Chef Arup has also served as a Commi Chef at Accor and Le Meridien Hotel Kochi since March 2023 and November 2019, respectively. Previous experience includes a role as Chef at The Fern Gir Forest Resort from September 2018 to March 2019. Chef Arup holds a Master's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from SBIHM School of Management, completed between 2016 and 2018, as well as a Master's in Hotel Management from Bhimeshwari Uchcha Siksha Yatan in West Bengal.
