Chris O'Connor is the National Food and Beverage Manager for Accor Apartments and Realty, a position held since 2022. Previously, Chris accumulated extensive culinary experience as Head Chef at Carnarvon Gorge Wilderness Lodge from 2006 to 2008, and as Food and Beverage Manager for AccorHotels across multiple regions from 2009 to 2022. Chris also held various roles in the kitchen, starting as an Apprentice Chef with Rainbow Group Hotels from 2000 to 2002, and later working as a Commis Chef at Bedarra Island Resort from 2002 to 2004, as well as Chef de Partie at Sebel Reef House and Spa in 2005.
